Moss Bed is a utility block that acts somewhat as an alternative to the vanilla Bed for the Betweenlands.

Like a normal Bed, a Moss Bed takes up two blocks when placed. It can be right-clicked in the Betweenlands to set that player's spawn point next to the bed in the dimension (without exploding in their face). However, as there is no day/night cycle there, the Bed cannot be used to 'sleep'. In the Overworld, the Moss Bed acts exactly like a regular Bed.
